I am a Christian doula and have attended over 65 births as of 9/2025. I am very active in the birth community and support women through community baby showers and free childbirth education. I have had opportunites to represent doula work at large events such as March of Dimes conference in front of dozens of doctors, nurses, & healthcare providers. I am well known as forming The Duplin Doulas and broadening Medicaid coverage and accessibility to all women. I have six children of my own, including 3 natural births *two at home* but support mamas no matter what their birth goal is, while providing evidenca based & heart based knowledge. I am a strong advocate, wise guide, and loving friend to all of my clients. I know when something is right and I speak up with something is wrong! I know when you need an extra nudge of encouragement and a hug of reassurance. I hope that by being your doula, you have a better birth experience and move into motherhood with a heart full of joy & love for yourself & your growing family.
